1) It's your right in law to know who your landlord is and what their address is. The agents are required to tell you - it may be that they themselves are the landlords under another company.
2) Very, very, very dodgy. Take this to the law centre, or CAB otherwise.
3) This is not your problem unless you have actually done something specific to cause the leaking. Which you haven't. Tell them they need to take it up with your landlord. Don't give them any money and don't tell them you're ever going to give them any money.
4) They should generally give you at least 24 hours' notice; however, it would probably be fair to treat this as an emergency, so it would be a bit unreasonable to make a huge fuss in the circumstances, IMHO.
